Policies

There is a no refund policy in regards to training however in cases of emergencies, cancellations or rescheduling the payment can be applied to a future session if notice is given within 24 hours of session.

Standard-Elite Packages, all sessions have to be book within 30 days of purchase.

If an athlete gets injured and is supposed to be out 6 weeks or longer, said player can provide a doctor’s note, and a refund will be issued.

All store items are custom made therefore all sales are final! Please ensure that you are purchasing the right size.

​

All athletes are required to have accidental/medical insurance that will cover them in the event of injury or illness.
